You’ll be a part of the People team and report to Agathe, our HR Ops Team Manager. Our people team is a key pillar to Swan’s success and includes HR, Recruitment, and Office Management. Your role will be to help the People team structure the HR department.
Main tasks
- Onboarding
- At Swan, we onboard new Swanees each month. You will help the team to onboard new Swanees in order to give them the best experience possible, from their offer acceptance till their first weeks at Swan.
- Administration
- Support the team in managing the administrative life cycle of Swanees: onboarding/off‑boarding, employment contracts, addendums, affiliation to social organizations, health insurance, etc.
- Participate in tracking apprentices and interns (invoicing, managing files and contracts with the OPCO, government aid, tracking board, and absences).
- Day-to-day
- Support our Swanees with day‑to‑day requests by responding to internal tickets.
- Keep HRIS and the employee files up to date.
- Support the team in their day‑to‑day work; you’ll be able to discover different aspects of the HR function, and depending on your strengths and preferences, you’ll be welcome to work on various topics.
- Project
- Participate in various projects (due diligence, tool synergies, optimization of payroll service providers, compensation & benefits, etc.).
Profil recherché
You’re a great match if:
- You are a student in a Master’s degree (business school, HR…) and you are looking for at least 1 year of apprenticeship.
- Experience: you have a first internship experience in HR.
- Start‑up mode: you enjoy working in a challenging, fast‑paced, target‑driven, and team‑oriented environment.
- Qualities we value for this role: proactive, rigorous, able to deal with confidential and sensitive data, eager to bring solutions, and willing to learn.

- Good command of Excel, Google Suite.
- Languages: professional proficiency in English and fluent in French.
