Sekoia is seeking an HR Operations Apprentice based in Paris or Rennes. You will support the People team across employee administration, workplace management, recruitment, and learning initiatives to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The role offers an apprenticeship rhythm of at least 2 consecutive weeks in the company, with opportunities to help organize events and improve HR processes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bac+2 to Bac+3 in HR or related field.
• Fluent in English and French; English for daily collaboration.
• Rigorous, organized, discreet with confidential data.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Core HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle onboarding & offboarding tasks, filing in HRIS and Day 1 readiness coordination.
• Manage benefits enrollments and medical check-ups, log absences, and answer daily HR inquiries via ticketing system.
• Assist Office Manager with daily office logistics and supplies management.
• Help organize internal events, team-building activities, and support QVT initiatives.
• Support Talent Acquisition with CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Coordinate training logistics, enrollments, and track training sessions.
• Contribute to HR continuous improvement by updating guidelines and HR dashboards.
