Sekoia is seeking an HR Operations Apprentice based in Paris or Rennes to support the People team across employee administration, workplace management, recruitment and learning initiatives to deliver a seamless employee experience. The position is based in Paris or Rennes, with a minimum in-company block of 2 consecutive weeks.

Your apprenticeship rhythm requires at least two weeks in the company, and you will work with HRIS, onboarding/offboarding support, benefits administration, and daily HR

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in HR or related field.
• Fluent in English and French for daily collaboration and local tasks.
• Rigorous, organized, discreet with confidential data.

Responsabilités

• Core HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: create files in HRIS, prepare welcome packs, coordinate with IT and hiring managers for Day 1 readiness.
• Benefits & Daily HR Operations: manage enrollments/withdrawals for health insurance, transport reimbursements, and meal vouchers.
• Schedule and track mandatory medical check-ups (visites médicales).
• Log and monitor leave and absences (paid leave, sick leave, RTT) in the HRIS.
• Answer daily employee inquiries via our ticketing system.
• Office Management & Employee Experience: assist with office logistics, equipment orders, and supplies management.
• Internal Events & Culture: help organize company events and support QVT initiatives.
• Talent Growth (Recruitment & Learning): assist TA with CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
• Training: coordinate training logistics, enrollments, and track sessions.
• HR Continuous Improvement: help optimize HR processes, update guidelines, and maintain dashboards.
