Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe in Paris is offering a 6-month HR Data & AI Intern position starting January 2027. You are pursuing a Master’s year 1 or 2 with a focus on Management Control, Finance or Human Resources, and you will gain hands-on experience in data-driven HR projects within a global beauty leader.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, map Data talent in France, contribute to job architecture design, and support HR processes across entities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree with a focus on Management Control, Finance or HR.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-facing abilities.
• Interest in transformation and HR fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist mapping Data talent in France and mobility pathways.
• Support HR policy design for Job Architecture projects.
• Coordinate People Reviews and Salary Reviews across entities.
• Support global Data HR projects and engagement formats.
