Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-month Internship in Talent Acquisition starting January 2027. The role supports recruiters across corporate functions, handles sourcing, screening, publishing postings, and building talent pools, while maintaining candidate experience and compliance.

You will coordinate employer-brand initiatives, assist with events, dashboards, and project work, using Excel and data visualization tools to drive insights. Fluent English and French required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources (engineering or business school, IAE or university).

• Support one or more recruiters with hiring across Corporate functions, including sourcing, screening high volumes of applications, publishing job postings, building talent pools and monitoring the candidate experience.
• Help coordinate employer-brand initiatives, including internal and external events and campaign activations.
• Keep recruitment documentation, reporting and compliance records up to date.
• Provide ad hoc support for recruitment projects.

Your profile

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (first or second year) in Human Resources at an engineering or business school, an IAE or a university, and are looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship. You are fluent in both English and French. You have excellent Excel skills. You are comfortable using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. You enjoy working with and analyzing data.
