Job summary

Mirakl is seeking an HR Project Manager Intern for January 2027 in Paris. You will join the People team and help build an exceptional employee experience while shaping learning programs and AI literacy across the organisation.

You will coordinate events, curate content, and develop practical resources. The role requires a degree in HR and strong communication in French and English, with a 6‑month commitment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's level degree in HR, from a business school or university
• Experience in HR or learning is a plus, but not a prerequisite. Hybrid profiles combining analytical skills and project management are welcome.
• Comfortable organising events and facilitating sessions, in connection with the projects mentioned.
• Availability for a 6‑month internship starting in January 2027 is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning events: manage logistics and follow‑up.
• Track participation and feedback: collect feedback and synthesize learnings.
• Curate learning content: structure AI and learning resources into paths.
• Create practical resources: develop guides and checklists.
• Support AI fluency initiatives: document AI use cases and surveys.
