Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in business, management, or related field.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong Excel skills and data visualization aptitude.

Aufgaben

• Assist with measurement and reporting of gender pay gaps for CSRD and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Data analysis on market competitiveness
• Internal equity analysis to understand gaps between target pay and reality
• Maintaining and updating the compensation system with market benchmarks
• Supporting job evaluation processes.
