Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe in France offers a 6-month internship starting January 2027 for Master 1 or Master 2 students. You’ll design and review e-learning content, translate materials, and help deliver training across in-person, remote and hybrid formats.

You’ll participate in video production, cross-functional learning projects, and support employee development plans. A strong analytical focus in HR, fluent in English and French, and excellent Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university)
• Strong analytical specialization in Human Resources
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent mastery of Excel

Responsibilities

• Design and review of e-learning content
• Content translation and adaptation across languages
• Design and delivery of training sessions (in-person, remote, hybrid)
• Video production and post-production (editing, graphics, subtitles)
• Cross-functional learning projects and process improvements
• Support rollout of employee training plans
