L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-month Internship in Talent Acquisition starting January 2027. The role supports recruiters across corporate functions, handles sourcing, screening, publishing postings, and building talent pools, while maintaining candidate experience and compliance.

You will coordinate employer-brand initiatives, assist with events, dashboards, and project work, using Excel and data visualization tools to drive insights. Fluent English and French required.

Formación

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources (engineering or business school, IAE or university).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Excellent Excel skills and data visualization familiarity (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Support recruiters with hiring across Corporate functions: sourcing, screening high volumes, publishing postings, building talent pools, and monitoring candidate experience.
• Coordinate employer-brand initiatives, including events and campaign activations.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, reporting, and compliance records up to date.
• Provide ad hoc support for recruitment projects.
