The Peninsula Paris, located at 19 Avenue Kléber in the heart of Paris, is seeking a Head Waiter for the Lobby Restaurant to lead the restaurant service sequence in a luxury five-star setting.

You will greet guests, inform them about products, present options, and collaborate with the kitchen; you will also perform essential clerical tasks to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computerized cashiering systems
• Fluent English (additional language preferred)
• First successful experience as a chef de rang in a demanding service environment
• Ability to work in a team
• Hold a BAC PRO, BEP, CAP or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Be in charge of the entire restaurant service sequence, in liaison with the kitchen: from reception to order-taking to customer departure.
• Greet and inform customers,
• Present products and encourage sales.
• Perform clerical and mathematical operations (order forms, additions, etc.).
