Job summary

Vocca is hiring a Talent Acquisition leader to build and own the recruiting function as a COMEX member. You will set the recruiting strategy with the founders, build a TA team of recruiters across France and the US, and own the hardest hires, including critical senior roles.

You will deploy AI across the funnel, design sourcing channels beyond headhunting, and align hiring with business goals and budgets in a high-growth healthcare AI company based in Paris.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in recruiting, including building and leading a TA team in a scaling tech company.
• Deployed AI tools in recruiting workflows and have real-world experience to back decisions.
• Fluent in French and English, based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Build the team and the system to hire 60–80 people per year across France and the US.
• Own the recruiting strategy with the founders and lead the TA team.
• Recruit senior and critical roles, train hiring managers, and develop sourcing channels.
