Responsabilités

• Lead the full opening process of the Paris Saint Honor’e flagship with flawless execution.
• Build and develop a high-performing Sales and back-office team.
• Guard the brand’s positioning and ensure alignment with Creative Direction.
• Deliver a highly personalized client experience for VIC/HNWI clients.
• Drive sales to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Analyze business performance and manage budgeting and reporting.
• Grow a strong client portfolio with loyalty focus.
• Own and drive the CRM strategy and clienteling standards.
• Lead by example with top clients and high-value transactions.
• Develop Made to Measure/Bespoke as a core engagement pillar.
