Job summary

Mistral AI is seeking a Head of HR Business Partner to lead the HR People Partner function and shape the people strategy to fuel growth. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and employee relations, and coach the HR People Partner team to deliver scalable policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Significant experience leading HR business partnering in startup/high-growth environments.
• Experience supporting international employee populations and knowledge of French employment law.
• Proven ability to develop people strategies aligned with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR People Partner team with coaching and support.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and employee relations.
• Define and evolve people strategies that support business priorities and growth.
• Drive scalable People policies, programs, and processes across the organization.
• Use people metrics and insights to inform decisions and advise leadership.
• Ensure a consistent employee experience and approach to people practices across teams and geographies.
• Champion Mistral AI's culture by embedding its values into leadership practices and People initiatives.
