Mistral AI is seeking a Head of HR Business Partner to lead the HR People Partner function and shape the people strategy to fuel growth. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and employee relations, and coach the HR People Partner team to deliver scalable policies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Significant experience leading HR business partnering in startup/high-growth environments.
• Experience supporting international employee populations and knowledge of French employment law.
• Proven ability to develop people strategies aligned with business priorities.

As the Head of HR Business Partner , you will lead the HR People Partner function and help shape the people strategy that enables Mistral AI to grow. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational topics, guide complex people decisions, and ensure managers and employees receive consistent, high-quality support across the business. You will coach and support the HR People Partner team while driving the development of scalable people policies, programs, and processes. Your work will strengthen our culture, align people initiatives with business priorities, and build the foundations needed to support Mistral AI's continued growth.

Experience supporting international employee populations, with strong knowledge of French employment law and human resources practices. Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies that align with business priorities and organizational growth. Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence using data to inform decisions. A hands-on approach, a builder mindset, and experience creating scalable people practices.
