Job summary

Mistral AI in Paris seeks a Head of HR Business Partner to lead the HR People Partner function and shape people strategies that enable growth. You will partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and employee relations, ensuring consistent, high-quality support across the business.

You will coach the HR People Partner team and drive scalable policies and programs, using people metrics to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR business partnering in startup/high-growth environments.
• Experience building and leading People Partners or HR teams.
• Experience supporting international employee populations with knowledge of French employment law.
• Ability to align people strategies with business priorities and growth.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR People Partner team with coaching and guidance.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, talent, performance, and ER topics.
• Define and evolve people strategies to support growth.
• Drive scalable people policies, programs, and processes across the org.
• Use people metrics and insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Ensure a consistent employee experience across teams and geographies.
