Pega is seeking a Director of Client Growth to lead enterprise sales teams in accelerating AI-driven transformations for world-leading clients. You will coach Client Executives, drive strategy, and ensure resources target high-value opportunities with a customer-obsessed mindset.

As a trusted advisor, you will shape account plans, engage executives, and collaborate with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product, and Partners to expand territory and deliver predictable growth across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software/AI sales with team leadership.
• Proven track record coaching teams through complex deals.
• Ability to develop executives and coaches for ready-to-close opportunities.
• Experience applying MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
