Lever, Inc. is seeking a data-driven Demand Gen leader to shape a modern engine across EMEA and APAC. You will own strategy, systems, and execution to generate predictable pipeline and support revenue growth.

As an independent contributor, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, leveraging AI, automation, predictive analytics, and experimentation to improve targeting, conversion, and marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen.
• Proven impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Strong data-driven optimization experience.
• Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce and ABM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand gen strategy across EMEA and APAC.
• Build scalable programs to generate high-quality opportunities.
• Leverage AI to improve targeting, personalization, and lead scoring.
• Apply predictive analytics to identify high-value prospects and improve conversions.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to enhance marketing workflows.
• Own the full funnel from acquisition to conversion and optimize funnel performance.
• Plan integrated campaigns across paid, email, content, events, and webinars.
• Align with Sales and Marketing Operations on ICPs, handoffs, and ROI.
• Build reporting frameworks to show campaign and funnel performance.
