Job summary

Mistral builds AI systems for enterprises and is hiring a Head of Solutions Operations in Paris. You will lead a fast-scaling function, architecting the end-to-end operating system, industrializing delivery playbooks, and driving global adoption across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.

You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to ensure measurable outcomes and scalable AI-powered operations. You will manage staffing, capacity planning, and cross-functional initiatives, while

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in fast-scaling environments.
• Ability to industrialize processes, systems, and teams at scale.
• Data-driven and AI-fluent with internal tooling and dashboards.
• Global operating experience across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Solutions operating system end to end.
• Industrialize successful playbooks, staffing frameworks, and ROI methodologies.
• Build a globally distributed operating model across regions.
• Oversee capacity planning, staffing, and delivery outcomes across geographies.
• Make customer success measurable with delivery-outcome metrics.
• Develop AI-native tools and automations to remove manual work.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Solutions team and hiring plan.
• Collaborate with Solutions leadership, Sales, Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Talent.
