Qualifications

• 3–5 years in strategy consulting or as a Chief of Staff at a top startup/scale‑up.
• AI fluent: uses AI tools to automate work and build automations.
• High agency with proactive problem solving and strong communication.
• Customer-centric approach translating business needs into delivery.
• Meticulous, reliable ownership of details.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Chief of Staff to the Program Lead, aligning client and Mistral teams.
• Define governance, strategy, and weekly cadence with stakeholders.
• Scope programs, build business cases, and track value delivery.
• Own delivery: timelines, milestones, reporting, and risk flags.
• Automate workflows and build internal tooling to speed delivery.
