Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Head of Solutions Operations to scale a fast-growing function. You will own the end-to-end operating system from pre-sales to delivery, partnering with Solutions leadership across regions.

You will build a global operating model, drive staffing, measure delivery outcomes, and create AI-native tools that reduce manual work. You will hire, mentor, and align stakeholders across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in fast-scaling environments.
• Track record of industrializing processes, systems, and teams at scale.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Data-driven and AI-fluent; builds internal tools, dashboards and AI workflows.
• Experience operating across geographies and cultures with executive presence.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the Solutions operating system end to end, from pre-sales to post-sales, with a single source of truth for people, projects, and opportunities.
• Industrialize successful delivery playbooks, staffing frameworks, and ROI methodologies for global adoption.
• Build and maintain the global operating model with centralized core ops and local adaptation.
• Staff demanding customer engagements; manage capacity, skills-to-project matching, time-to-staff, and bench health.
• Make customer success measurable by implementing delivery-outcome measurement and feedback loops.
• Develop and deploy AI-native tools that automate planning, staffing, reporting and delivery follow-ups.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the team; hire and develop program leads and regional operators.
• Collaborate daily with Solutions leadership, Sales, Product and Eng, RevOps, and Talent Acquisition.
