Mistral is seeking an Applied AI Engineer in Paris to drive the adoption of our AI products with enterprise clients. You will work with a customer‑facing team to deploy cutting‑edge AI solutions, from fine‑tuning models to integrating APIs with back‑end and front‑end interfaces, ensuring robust, scalable results.

You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate research into production, addressing real business problems while communicating complex concepts clearly

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI/ML product implementation and APIs.
• Strong Python coding skills and ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience deploying production AI use cases and collaborating with product and research teams.

Responsabilités

• Help deploy production use cases with significant business impact across industries.
• Work on state‑of‑the‑art GenAI applications from consumer to industrial use cases.
• Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on customer projects (fine‑tuning, LLM apps, inference).
• Participate in pre‑sales calls to understand client needs and explain Mistral technologies to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and science teams to improve models based on feedback.
