Job summary

Mistral in Paris is seeking a Head of Solutions Operations to scale a fast-growing, AI-centric function across Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. You will own the operating system from pre-sales to delivery, partner with leadership, and turn complex programs into repeatable, measurable outcomes.

You will build centralized processes, drive staffing and capacity planning, and create AI-native tools that reduce manual work while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in fast-scaling environments.
• Proven track record industrializing processes, systems and teams at scale.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Data-driven with AI-fluent mindset and ability to build internal tools.
• Experience working across multiple geographies with executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Solutions operating system end to end from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Industrialize proven delivery and vertical playbooks into reusable assets.
• Build a global operating model with centralized core and local adaptation.
• Own capacity planning, skills-to-project matching, and staffing metrics.
• Make customer success measurable with delivery-outcome metrics.
• Develop AI-native operations and internal tooling to automate workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the team; develop the hiring plan.
• Partner with Solutions leadership, Sales, Product, RevOps, and Talent teams.
