Job summary

Mistral is seeking a Head of Solutions Operations to scale a fast-growing function across three continents. You will own the operating system from pre-sales to delivery, build scalable processes, and partner with Solutions leadership to drive measurable outcomes.

The role demands hands-on leadership, cross-functional influence, and a data-driven, AI-native approach to operations across EMEA, the US, and Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience with demonstrated impact.
• Experience industrializing processes, systems, and teams at scale.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Data-driven and AI-fluent with internal tools, dashboards, and AI workflows.
• Global operating range with executive presence across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Solutions operating system end to end from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Industrialize successful delivery assets and drive adoption across geographies.
• Build the global operating model while enabling local adaptation across regions.
• Staff demanding customer engagements including capacity planning and staffing forecasts.
• Make customer success measurable with delivery-outcome measurement and feedback loops.
• Develop AI-native operations and internal tools to automate planning and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and grow program leads and regional operators.
• Collaborate daily with Solutions leadership, Sales, Product, Engineering, RevOps and Talent Acquisition.
