Sidetrade is seeking a visionary VP of Marketing Operations & Agentic AI Systems to own the martech stack and the agentic layer for lead scoring, enrichment, prospection, and revenue attribution. You will set production standards, build a team, and partner with Product and Engineering to align infrastructure and tooling.

You will lead a multi-year roadmap to drive measurable business outcomes and report progress to the executive team and board.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with senior leadership in technology and operations.

Responsabilités

• Define multi-year AI-powered marketing ops roadmap aligned to revenue targets.
• Set production-grade agent standards: eval suites, guardrails, observability, retirement criteria.
• Advise CMO/CEO on AI capabilities and commercial implications.
• Lead delivery of production agents for lead scoring, enrichment, MQL handoff, prospection, revenue attribution.
• Replace at least five manual workflows with production agents in 18 months, with measurable savings.
• Own prompt libraries, tool definitions, and evaluation suites.
• Stand up observability layer: cost per task, accuracy, drift, escalation rate.
• Report agentic layer performance monthly to exec team and quarterly to board.
• Own Martech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Navigator, Asana, Zapier.
• Cut stack costs by 25% in 18 months with measurable value.
