Deel is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own demand strategy and go-to-market for Deel's emerging product lines. You will drive full-funnel demand strategy and non-paid channels, partnering with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and regional teams to build a world-class, AI-powered demand engine for new products entering the market.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns (SaaS/tech preferred).
Proven track record building campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue at scale.
Advanced ability to forecast, analyze, and optimize funnel performance across channels.

Responsabilités

Set quarterly demand strategy and growth targets in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams.
Design integrated demand architectures across owned, earned, partnership, and emerging channels using AI to forecast performance.
Own demand generation across non-paid channels: content syndication, partnerships, affiliates, review sites, lead buys, webinars, and emerging sources.
Track efficiency metrics and automate reporting to optimize based on feedback loops.
