The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of recruiting experience in the B2B SaaS sector, with a strong focus on candidate experience and effective engagement with stakeholders. Flexibility in location is also offered, allowing options to work from home or in Paris.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting GTM roles in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience in EMEA recruiting and understanding of local market differences.
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build pipelines.
