Pigment is hiring for a Talent Acquisition professional to lead sourcing and screening for Sales, Marketing and Support roles. You will manage candidate outreach, pre-qualifications, and stakeholder coaching in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will champion a seamless candidate experience, track TA metrics, and adapt strategies between volume and retained search as needed to support Pigment’s growth in GTM functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-growing environment and go-to-market hiring in the Tech space.
• Strong headhunting skills with ability to switch from volume to retained search when needed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Headhunt top profiles for Sales, Marketing and Support; source and proactively outreach according to team needs.
• Screen candidates and conduct pre-qualification interviews for assigned roles.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
