TheSoul Group seeks a GTM Principal to own markets, lead CEO discussions, run demos, negotiate terms, and close six‑figure deals. You will guide account strategy with deployment teams and advise on renewal and expansion using live company data.

Remote‑first role within EMEA, with 30–60% travel to client sites. You will leverage AI/LLM tools daily to automate workflows and drive real outcomes, sitting as the client’s trusted market executive.

Qualifications

• Proven track record closing six-figure enterprise deals.
• Experience selling company-wide systems (ERP/HR/finance).
• Ability to manage CEO relationships and trusted advisor to clients.
• Willingness to travel 30-60% and work remotely within EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Own a market or segment and define entry strategy.
• Lead initial meetings and product demos independently.
• Navigate architecture, data, and security questions without support.
• Close deals from offer to signature with deployment teams backing you.
• Advise CEOs post-go-live to drive renewals and expansions.
• Drive renewal and expansion through consultative selling on live data.
• Document learnings into playbooks to accelerate future deals.
• Proven ability to originate deals and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
