TheSoul Group is seeking a Client Deployment Principal to embed on-site with mid-market CEOs across Europe. You will own the CEO relationship and drive the AI-Native transformation in real time, coordinating with remote engineers behind you.

Based in London, you will travel 30-60% to client sites, translate problems into concrete specs, and deliver finance-verified outcomes. The role rewards decisive leadership and scalable deployment methods.

Qualifications

• Based in London, Paris, Amsterdam, or Lisbon.
• Strong track record of owning real outcomes, not just advising.
• CEO-room presence with trust-building skills.
• Technically proficient to prototype and instruct engineers.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity with shifting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Own the client-CEO relationship and executive steering committee as a peer with real decision rights.
• Manage transformation cadence: weekly reviews, monthly value reviews, quarterly business reviews.
• Lead fast initial wins on real data, then oversee full rollout.
• Translate client problems into build-ready specs for remote engineers; drive adoption.
• Be accountable for a finance-verified outcome visible in the client's P&L.
• Build a portfolio of 2–3 marquee CEO accounts as engagements mature.
• Oversee end-to-end rollout from kick-off to handover and ensure timely delivery.
