Job summary

Cephalgo is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to lead end-to-end strategy and execution for product launches, commercial initiatives, and revenue enablement. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption in cybersecurity and compliance markets.

You will own launch plans, messaging, pricing support, and market readiness, coordinating across remote teams to maximize impact and ensure successful go-to-market outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GTM, product marketing, growth, or strategy roles.
• Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity, compliance, or AI-related industry experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end product launches or commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the GTM strategy for new product features, releases, and commercial initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure smooth and effective launches.
• Build enablement materials for sales teams and train on new features, messaging, pricing, and differentiation.
• Analyze market trends and support pricing/packaging decisions with customer data.
