IFS is seeking an Industry GTM Lead for Construction & Engineering to drive growth using AI-driven solutions across the portfolio. The role blends leadership, strategic sales, and deep industry expertise, collaborating with sales, R&D, and services to win complex opportunities.

You will: act as domain expert, shape go-to-market for key customers, and ensure rapid, high-quality execution while staying attuned to industry trends and customer value delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant enterprise software industry experience.
• Demonstrated commercial solutioning experience: envisaging, defining, scaling offerings.
• Ability to discuss real-world customer value with impact and proof.
• Substantial hands-on technical experience in the relevant industry.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• Solid understanding of industry trends and financial drivers for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for Construction & Engineering within AI portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, R&D and services to mobilize opportunities.
• Drive near-term revenue opportunities with a practical execution focus.
• Be a customer advocate and champion for IFS within customer environments.
• Shape GTM approaches using AI capabilities across IFS portfolio.
