Job summary

IFS is seeking a GTM Lead for IFS.ai Operational Intelligence to drive the global commercial success of the offering. This senior role sits at the center of Product, Sales and Presales, translating market needs into scalable go-to-market motions that accelerate growth across regions.

You will own the revenue target, build and optimise sales plays, define targeting strategies, and collaborate across teams to ensure compelling commercial narratives and successful adoption of the solution worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial technology or related sectors across go-to-market, product marketing, sales strategy, business development or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of owning or driving revenue growth, pipeline performance and commercial outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling go-to-market motions for growth products, emerging solutions or new business areas.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Presales and Customer Success teams.
• Ability to engage credibly with executive, operational and technology stakeholders, translating complex capabilities into measurable business value.
• Experience within Industrial AI, Operational Intelligence, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), Industrial Analytics, IIoT or related markets is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing or related discipline. MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the Number: global revenue target, pipeline end-to-end, forecasting cadence, quarterly and annual performance.
• Build and Scale the Sales Engine: design and optimise sales plays, land-and-expand motions, qualification criteria, and ROI frameworks.
• Partner with Product (R&D): bring customer feedback into product planning and roadmap prioritisation.
• Partner with Field CTO and Presales: convert product differentiation into commercial advantage and ensure credible customer engagements.
• Orchestrate Across Functions: align Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Partners around a shared GTM strategy.
• Drive Demand and Commercial Performance: collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and build measurable business value stories.
