Job summary

IFS is a global software leader delivering AI-powered enterprise solutions. As the GTM Lead - AI Optimization, you will own the strategy and narrative across PSO, MSO, and WISE to drive growth and pipeline across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to define market-ready propositions, fine-tune packaging and monetisation, and accelerate deals with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software GTM, sales strategy or marketing.
• Experience shaping global GTM for multi-product portfolios.
• Experience with complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled offerings.
• MBA or advanced degree beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global GTM strategy for PSO, MSO and WISE.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales and Marketing.
• Develop repeatable GTM motions to accelerate market penetration.
• Evaluate and adapt monetisation, packaging and messaging.
• Support strategic deals and senior stakeholder engagement.
