IFS.ai is seeking a GTM Lead for Operational Intelligence (OI) to own the global commercial outcomes, including revenue targets and pipeline across standalone and portfolio motions. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales and Presales and collaborates with field leadership to scale the go-to-market motion worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial technology or related go-to-market roles.
• Proven track record of owning revenue growth, pipeline performance and commercial outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities

• Own the NumberCarry global commercial accountability for the Operational Intelligence revenue target.
• Own pipeline performance end-to-end, including generation, quality, coverage, velocity and conversion.
• Drive a disciplined forecasting and inspection cadence with regional sales leadership.
