Stoïk is hiring a dedicated GTM RevOps Manager to structure our sales processes, enable teams, and drive performance with precision. You’ll own the operational backbone of our GTM engine across process design, dashboards, and manager enablement across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in RevOps/BizOps, with a strong CRM (HubSpot preferred) and BI tool background, and fluency in German and French plus English. This is a founding-style role with direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in RevOps, BizOps, or Sales Operations.
• B2B SaaS or insurtech/fintech background.
• Strong CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred) and BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or equivalent).
• Data-first mindset - comfortable with SQL or equivalent.
• Track record of working cross-functionally with sales, CS, and marketing.
• Fluent in German and French; English also required, Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and deploy CRM workflows across markets.
• Standardize sales stages across markets.
• Audit processes across sales, CS, and marketing.
• Build dashboards for team leads and C-level.
• Track pipeline, conversion, retention, NRR.
• Consolidate data across four markets.
• Train managers on tools and dashboards.
• Maintain continuous feedback with business leads.
