Riot is a product-first company on a mission to grow cybersecurity culture. As GTM Engineer / Growth Manager, you will own the growth engine, designing data pipelines, tooling, and playbooks to turn signals into high-quality pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, or Data Engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Strong SQL; Python or TypeScript; able to prompt LLMs with APIs and webhooks.
• Hands-on LLM integration into workflows to automate steps.
• Growth mindset; interest in Sales/Marketing initiatives.
• English proficiency; native French.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Build and own data flows turning raw signals into clean datasets feeding GTM tools.
• Design outbound orchestration: scoring, segmentation, lead-routing to reps.
• Experiment with intent signals and wire LLMs into workflows to reduce manual work.
• Develop internal tooling for data exploration and action without Ops support.
• Own GTM data architecture: scalable, secure, and low-technical debt.
