360Learning in Paris and beyond seeks a Global VP Marketing to shape and accelerate growth, owning the worldwide marketing strategy and organization. You will sharpen positioning, strengthen our brand leadership, and build a high-performing engine that translates market opportunity into revenue.

You will lead Product Marketing, Brand & Content, and Demand Generation, partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive scale in North America and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• Experience leading significant Marketing scope in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to drive brand, demand generation and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own global marketing strategy and organization.
• Sharpen positioning, strengthen brand leadership, and build a high-performing marketing engine.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Customer teams to scale go-to-market in key markets, especially North America.
• Lead messaging, content, and demand generation priorities and drive revenue impact.
