Ossiam, an asset management company, seeks a Head of Marketing and Communications to define and lead the global marketing strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee a small team and partner with the sales force to boost brand visibility and client engagement.

You will manage content creation, digital presence, events, and collaboration with Natixis Investment Managers, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in product marketing and communications within asset management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead content management and creation for client materials and digital channels.
• Develop and coordinate the communication strategy with agencies.
• Oversee digital presence including website and social media.
• Prepare regular marketing reports for management and collaborate with Natixis teams.
