Vocca, a Paris-based healthcare AI company, is hiring a Growth/Performance Marketing lead to own paid acquisition and website conversion in France and later the US. You will run Google Ads and Meta campaigns, build landing pages, and own the ROI-driven budget with a direct impact on MQL targets and growth.

You should have 4–7 years in growth/paid marketing, be a generalist who builds campaigns and automation, and be fluent in French with professional English.

Formación

• 4 to 7 years in growth or performance marketing with paid acquisition as strongest skill.
• Built landing pages, tracking, and email sequences; can operate without briefs.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid acquisition and website conversion in France first, then US.
• Run Google Ads and Meta campaigns with real budgets and optimize by segment.
• Own budget allocation and cut non-converting channels.
