Job summary

Voodoo is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager in Paris to own user acquisition activities for a portfolio of mobile games and apps. You will plan and manage UA campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with Product and Creative teams to drive growth across titles.

You will work with internal growth tools and the Tech team to continuously improve workflows, share best practices, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing and paid acquisition for mobile apps or games.
• Track record of ROAS-driven campaigns on mobile games or apps.
• Familiar with UA platforms and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple games/apps.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROAS.
• Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to align on assets and messaging.
• Leverage internal growth tools and work with Tech for improvements.
• Share best practices and mentor junior team members.
