Dotfile is seeking a highly analytical Director of Growth to build and scale its growth engine. You will own how we identify target accounts, capture buying signals, and reach the right people with the right message.

You’ll work with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified pipeline, with a special focus on expansion in the US. You will be hands-on with data, automation, and AI to create scalable workflows for research, enrichment, segmentation, personalization, and campaign execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth, Growth Engineering, Demand Gen, or Analytics in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of building growth programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong technical skills with data, APIs, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Experience using LLMs and agents to research, analyze, and execute workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own growth strategy and pipeline generation across key markets.
• Build systems to identify target accounts and buying signals.
• Design and execute targeted outbound and account-based campaigns with AI.
• Create workflows for research, enrichment, segmentation, personalization and analysis.
• Develop a high-velocity experimentation engine to scale successful approaches.
• Own growth tech stack integration with CRM, data providers, and AI models.
• Analyze funnel metrics, CAC, and channel effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
