Spiko is seeking a Conversion & Website Lead to own spiko.io end to end, from roadmap to delivery. You will drive a program to make the website Spiko's top acquisition channel by optimizing pages and accelerating experiments.

You will collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-impact landing pages and tailor messaging for each European market, while owning tracking, analytics, and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a website end-to-end (Website, Web Growth or CRO role) in a top-tier startup, with proven conversion improvements via structured experimentation.
• Advanced proficiency with CRO tools (AB Tasty, Clarity, GTM, etc.)
• Deep interest in financial services and enthusiasm for Spiko’s mission.
• Outstanding communication and editorial skills with native-level English
• Strong autonomy and strategic thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep understanding of customers and journeys using web analytics and heatmaps.
• Own the website roadmap and manage delivery with design and engineering.
• Build high-impact landing pages and adapt messaging to markets.
• Enrich the experimentation roadmap with hypotheses based on insights and competitive analysis.
• Take ownership of tracking, tagging plans, and conversion measurement.
• Monitor website performance and translate results into actionable learnings.
