Skello in Paris is seeking a Growth Inbound Manager to own inbound performance across France, Spain, Italy, and future markets. You will drive qualified leads through paid acquisition and new inbound channels, influencing growth across markets with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inbound growth experience in B2B SaaS or scale-up environments.
• Proven expertise in lead generation, nurturing, and marketing automation (HubSpot knowledge expected).
• Strong analytical mindset with understanding of conversion funnels and attribution.
• You use AI deeply in your work, as a productivity lever.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition performance across markets (France, Spain, Italy, etc.).
• Test and optimize accounts across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond; manage audiences, creatives, bidding, landing pages.
• Conduct A/B tests and steer performance toward cost per qualified lead and pipeline generated.
• Develop new inbound channels and collaborate with Sales and Product to identify trends.
• Own Organic visibility and SEO/geo strategies; measure rankings, traffic, and signups.
• Lead content as an acquisition channel with local marketing partners and scalable formats.
