Voyage Privé seeks a Director of Inbound Media & Growth to architect a unified, AI-enabled inbound growth engine across SEO, content, CRO, and creator ecosystems in a fast-moving, international digital-first business. 8+ years of experience building and leading inbound growth strategies across SEO, AI-powered discovery, Content Marketing, CRO, Earned Media, Organic Social, and Creator ecosystems.
Expert in technical SEO, content strategy, semantic search, and AI-driven discovery.
Built scalable growth functions, operating models, and high-performing teams in fast-changing environments.
Commercial mindset: measure impact on revenue, acquisition efficiency, and LTV.
Data-driven with measurement, attribution, and experimentation discipline.

Responsibilities

ArchitectVoyage Privé’s inbound growth engine across SEO, AI-powered discovery, content, CRO, earned media, organic social, and creator marketing.
Lead AI-era discoverability strategy across traditional and AI search platforms.
Own profitable inbound growth through qualified demand, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
Build a world-class content and authority ecosystem combining editorial, automation, creators, and PR.
Redefine inbound measurement with KPI framework and reporting to connect discoverability to commercial outcomes.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary growth organization across SEO, Content, CRO, Earned Media, Organic Social, and Creator Marketing.
Collaborate with Product, Data, CRM, Brand, and Analytics to optimize the customer journey and landing experiences.
Shape the future of travel discovery as AI redefines user behaviour.
