Job summary

Voyage Privé in Aix-en-Provence is seeking a Director of Paid Growth to define and execute a multi-million euro paid marketing strategy reporting to the CMO. You’ll build from scratch, align with product, data, CRM, and commercial teams, and drive profitable growth across Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, and App channels.

You will lead a 6-person team and partner with Google, Meta, AWIN and other networks, developing scalable playbooks, governance, and experimentation to outpace competition and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid acquisition leadership across multiple channels.
• Strong capital allocation, LTV/CAC, and profitability mindset.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate networks, and app marketing.
• Travel industry experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the paid growth strategy across all channels.
• Build multi-year roadmap and investment governance for profitable growth.
• Lead AI-powered bidding, ML-driven optimization, and data infrastructure.
• Develop partnerships with Google, Meta, affiliates, and aggregators.
• Grow and develop a high-performing 6-person team and manage external partners.
• Establish scalable playbooks and performance metrics across markets.
