Ingenio is seeking a Creative Growth Marketing Apprentice to join our Paris team. You’ll work with the Head of Acquisition Europe to craft campaigns, design assets for Google, Meta, and TikTok, and edit engaging short-form videos for multiple European markets.

You’ll also contribute to landing pages, UX improvements, CRM campaigns, and experimentation with AI tools to enhance content quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
• Previous internship or project experience in Digital Marketing or Content Creation is a plus.
• Strong interest in growth marketing and AI-driven content.
• Proficient with Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience editing videos with CapCut or Premiere Pro.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns across European markets.
• Design visual assets for Google/Meta/TikTok Ads and other channels.
• Edit short-form videos (UGC, Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Create engaging landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Support A/B testing, CRM workflows, and digital acquisition initiatives.
• Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content production and stay updated on trends.
