Jobgether is partnering with a France-based AI Growth Manager Ads to lead paid acquisition for a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform. You will own strategy, execution, creative production, and measurement across channels.

The role demands AI-driven automation, high-volume experimentation, and a revenue-focused mindset to drive profitable growth. You will collaborate with Growth, Lifecycle, Website, and GTM teams, building an AI-first advertising system and a high-velocity creative engine to scale

Qualifications

• Proven growth and paid media experience for subscription or high-growth SaaS.
• Experience building AI-powered advertising systems and automation is highly desirable.
• Fluent English written and spoken; strong communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Meta and Google Ads with a focus on profitability.
• Scale annual paid media spend toward $2 million while maintaining strong unit economics.
