Jobtailor in Villeneuve-d'Ascq is seeking a claims handler to manage claims from opening through settlement and to assemble files with supporting documents for review. Excellent numeracy and attention to detail are essential, along with strong organizational and communication skills in French.

You will monitor payments, respond to calls from HR contacts on file tracking and management, and oversee enrollment, termination, and premium collection across the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in group risk/employee benefits.
• Attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with numbers / strong numeracy
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Proficiency with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
• Good command of French, both written and spoken

• Assemble claim files (review supporting documents and assess coverages) and follow up on missing documents.


• Monitor payments.
