Jobtailor is seeking a diligent claims administrator to manage end-to-end claims processes, from intake to settlement, with a focus on accuracy and excellent client service. You will assemble files, review coverage, and monitor disbursements while handling contract registrations and premium collections.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is required.
• Experience in provident/group risk insurance is a plus.
• Demonstrated rigour, responsiveness and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and digital tools.
• Excellent written and spoken French.

Responsabilités

• Handle claims from opening to settlement (incapacity, disability, daily allowances, death).
• Assemble claim files, review documents and policy coverages, and follow up on missing paperwork.
• Monitor payments and disbursements.
• Answer incoming calls to advise clients (HR contacts).
• Manage contract lifecycle: registration/deregistration and collection of contributions/premiums.
