Jobtailor in France is seeking a work-study student to support and optimize the group-wide insurance program. You will interact with all Group divisions and work closely with managers, brokers, and lawyers to manage premiums, certificates, endorsements, and claims.

The role requires a Master’s in Insurance or related field, strong knowledge of commercial insurance, and fluent English. You will engage with internal teams and external providers, contributing to procedures and governance.

Qualifications

Student in Master’s Year 1 or 2 in Insurance.
Good knowledge of commercial insurance.
Strong command of IT tools (MS Office, Google Drive).
Proficiency in English.
Proactive, autonomous, with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Rigour and organisation in managing daily internal matters and interactions with service providers.

Responsabilités

Support in developing and optimizing the group-wide insurance program.
Interact with all Group divisions and stakeholders including managers and brokers.
Handle administrative tasks related to insurance contracts (premiums, certificates, endorsements).
Participate in claims management across Transport, Liability, Property Damage and Motor.
Monitor claims through indemnities in coordination with Accounting and subsidiaries.
Provide operational teams with informed advice on contractual or legal issues related to liabilities and insurance.
Contribute to drafting and implementing internal procedures.
